We are an independent, non-profit making film society and have been running for six years. Our aim is to bring top quality world cinema to our local community - particularly those films that may not have made it to the mainstream cinema circuit. Members pay an annual membership fee and can then come to any number of the 11 films without need for further payment.
The air-conditioned auditorium has raked seating for up to 100 people and you can enjoy a drink in The Pound cafe/bar before and after a film. Films are screened using high-quality digital projection and surround-sound on the second Friday of each month at 8pm.

Guests are welcome subject to seating availability.

The Pound has full disabled access and toilets.
